LPG Fleet Solutions offers its customers a complete package
to facilitate the conversion of their fleet to LPG. Our core
skill is to dispose your old fleet, replace it with a new
fleet of converted vehicles, all covered by the manufacturers
original warranty, with maintenance packages and a single
flexible finance package to match your business requirements.
To do this effectively our skills are broken down into key
service area’s:
1. Assessment of Business Case and Current Fleet
- We will review how you use your fleet, identify the potential
fuel savings available to you, and the best approach for
your business. For example, if you run a return to base fleet
or operate within a specific region, it may be beneficial
for your business to install a bunkered LPG storage facility
and take advantage of bulk fuel costs.
- We will review your current fleet and work with you to find
the most efficient and effective way to make the most of
the LPG savings over a planned timeframe. This will take
into account the types of vehicles you use, your physical
use of the vehicles, the age of your vehicles, the effects
of disposal and the costs of replacement.
- We will finally report our findings and agree with you a
Conversion Plan
2. Replacing Your Vehicles
- We can de fleet your current operation.
- We will source vehicles to your specification direct from
the manufacturers and arrange for a manufacturer approved
LPG conversion that ensures the warranty is left 100% intact.
- We can take on board bespoke requirements, such as converting
vans into mini-buses or adding additional seats and windows
into vans or just simply arranging ply lining, tow bars and
roof racks.
- We will determine the best LPG installation for you, the
best size of tank and the safest way to install the tank
given your use of the vehicle.
3. Installation of LPG Facilities
- If required, we will work with you and
a Gas vendor to provide a Bunkered LPG storage facility
on your premises, allowing
you to make even greater savings by buying LPG in bulk. Do
you have a fleet of cars and or vans that run from your central
yard each day ? If so you could benefit from significant
further
savings over forecourt prices.
4. Structure a Deal That Suites You
- We offer a full portfolio of financial products, both usership
and ownership agreements. We have direct facilities with
over 10 of the UK’s prime funding houses, ensuring
that we get the best deal for you. We can talk through *
the balance sheet and VAT impacts of the various packages,
and structure the right deal for you that may if needed include
clearing existing finance commitments.

We can include in the package a maintenance contract that
will encompass the following: vehicle servicing in accordance
with the manufacturer’s warranty including the LPG
components, tyres (mobile fitting available, e.g. work or
home), all consumable items and breakdown cover. As a cost
option we can also offer a relief vehicle ensuring your business
is kept mobile.
